Marie, ON

Please ensure that your appointment has been booked and confirmed before submitting an application. As a reminder, you should apply as early as possible as we can take up to 4 weeks to process applications.

Funding amounts and limits: Funding will be provided based on a specified per diem rate. Additional assistance may be available for unique circumstances. A yearly maximum funding limit per family will apply and is dependent on funds being available
